Mesmerizer

this osng has been stuck in my head + I want to experiment more with certain angles and charting since, while I can chart notes to the rhythm well, I'm still trying to improve my placement. just as the pv is chaotic, this chart is quite crazy as well. I hope it will mesmerize you in a good way. I want to improve upon it and polish it more, so feedback would be greatly appreciated.
