This is a port of a chart from the defunct Project Diva PC HD. Chart is actually pretty good, and it would suck to have it stranded in a dead Diva clone. Unlike other charts from the game, this one didn't have delayed notes, so it was playable from the original app. Ported anyway for preservation.
